Circuit Sessions
Have your teens crawl, squat, jump and lift around the room in there very own fitness circuit. Strength training in a safe environment has been shown to help children gain confidence, enhance their physical skills and ensure we grow next generation that enjoys their workouts well into the future.
These sessions consist of bodyweight exercises, resistance band training and correct lifting of weights. Using a variety of exercises we are sure that your teen TRAINer will love our circuit class.

Fitness = POSITIVITY
Combining the use of movement, voice and positive language we will take time to explore different ways of being kind to ourselves.
We will look into mindfulness and speak about our inner voice and how that all fits in with how we move. We aim to create a positive fitness environment for everyone!

Payment plans are available (full amount to be paid prior to the first day of holiday program).
Half Day
- Morning session: 9.00am – 1.00pm
- Afternoon session: 12.00pm – 3.30pm
- Includes sandwich making for lunch
