“If your smiling, your doing it right’
Lisa-Marie has been a mover and a fitness lover for as long as she can remember. She started tap dancing at age 6 (thanks to her mum!) and has barely stopped moving since then.
She spent her early adult years working hard to pursue her dream of dance and movement before moving away from the industry altogether in her mid-20s. But the passion was too much – by the time Lisa-Marie turned 30 she was back in the fitness industry with her passion reignited.
And she has never looked back. Working with people to find the joy in movement she cannot image doing anything else.

WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST TIP OR ADVICE FOR PEOPLE WANTING TO START THEIR FITNESS JOURNEY
Find someone who is understanding and compassionate – start with just talking to them, however you feel comfortable (phone call, text, over social media). The right person will not make you feel like you have to sign up on the spot.
The right person will understand that it is your choice and you are in control of your own fitness journey. The right person will be a guide for you, rather than tell you exactly what you need to do.
