What is online coaching?

Online coaching is an accessible approach to personal training that brings fitness and well-being right to your fingertips. 

Unlike traditional in-person sessions, online coaching takes place through the internet, allowing you to work with a qualified trainer from the comfort of your own space. Through video calls, messaging, and personalised workout plans, I’ll connect with you virtually to provide you with expert guidance, motivation, and support. 

It’s a convenient and flexible way to work on your fitness (and any movement goals you may have), no matter where you are. With online coaching, you’ll have the tools and expertise you need to lead a life full of the type of movement you want, all while fitting seamlessly into your schedule.

What you need

Commitment:

I believe in open communication. Your fitness journey starts with a simple conversation about your schedule. There are no strict workout time requirements; you just need to keep me in the loop week by week. We can chat via video, phone, or email – whatever suits you best.

Time:

Our sessions are all about you, so they’re completely personalized. Whether you’ve got 10 minutes three times a week or prefer 45-minute workouts twice a week – it’s all fantastic! I tailor your fitness experience to fit into your life.

Equipment:

All you need is an internet connection and access to your portal, which you can use on your laptop, computer, tablet, or phone. When it comes to fitness equipment, we start with what you have – even if it’s just some space and a can-do attitude. While some equipment can enhance your journey, it’s never a deal-breaker to get started.

Experience Level:

No experience? No problem! I welcome everyone, from absolute beginners to seasoned gym-goers. Regardless of where you are on the fitness spectrum, I’ll be your friendly guide, helping you navigate your unique fitness journey.

Health Factors:

Your well-being is my priority. Before we dive in, we’ll meet online to conduct a fitness pre-screen to discuss any potential hurdles or stumbling blocks to your fitness goals. Safety and effectiveness are key, so let’s chat about any factors we need to consider to make your fitness journey a success.

Why choose Lisa-Marie as your coach?

Hi there, I’m Lisa-Marie, online coach. With a passion for empowering individuals to break free from diet culture and embrace their bodies, I’ve been on this journey as a personal trainer since 2016. In 2019, I delved into online coaching, where I’ve continued to work with many wonderful people and help them choose their strength.

My qualifications include personal training certifications, a degree in dance, and specialisation in pre and postnatal coaching and dance conditioning. But what truly sets me apart is my unwavering commitment to your body autonomy. This often includes some (or all) of the principles of body positivity, non-diet living, and health at every size.
